Feature
(1) It has two PP wheels and is suitable for outdoor use.

(4) The pump is made of aluminum alloy by forging.

Usage
(1) General 00#~3# grease all can be infused into smoothly.
The grease grades commonly used in Taiwan are those of the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI), founded in the United States. The grade refers to the grease's penetration value, or consistency, as determined by the NLGI. NLGI classifies consistency into nine grades, numbered from 000 to 6.
Penetration refers to the depth to which a standard cone penetrates a grease sample (held at 25°C) within 5 seconds, measured in 1/10 mm units. The main purpose of viscosity is to allow grease to adhere to the parts requiring lubrication.
A higher penetration indicates a softer grease, meaning lower viscosity; conversely, a lower penetration indicates a harder grease, meaning higher viscosity. Generally, industrially used greases are typically #00 to #3. However, with advancements in modern technology and to meet diverse lubrication needs, even greases with the same #00 rating may have different viscosities.
✅The key to determining this is the NLGI consistency grade of the lubricating oil.
Proper use of the pressure plate ensures smooth oil extraction and prevents the pump from running dry.
✅NLGI #00, #0 (semi-flow, extremely soft): No need to use
The oil has good fluidity and can flow to the pump inlet on its own.
✅NLGI #1 (soft, paste): Add as needed depending on environmental conditions. Generally, it is not required.
Special Note: If operating in winter or low-temperature environments, the oil may harden due to temperature drop. It is recommended to install a pressure plate to maintain a stable oil supply.
✅NLGI #2 (Medium consistency): Must be used
This grade of oil has lost its fluidity to automatically flow to the suction inlet. Please be sure to install a pressure plate to avoid creating voids (air locks) that could cause pump malfunction.
✅NLGI #3 (High viscosity, firm texture): Requires increased pressure support.
If a regular pump is difficult to extract the material, it is recommended to use an HV series pressure pump, which uses a pneumatic cylinder to apply strong downward pressure.
✅Supporting solution: A 6KG weight can be added to the pressure plate for assistance.If you require extraction of high-viscosity oils, please contact our technical team directly.
