LA vs SK vs BW — Which Air-Powered Grease Pump Is Right for You?

PRODUCT COMPARISON
What's the Difference Between LA, SK, and BW Series?
All three models share similar functions but are designed for different working environments — read on to find the right one for you.
QUICK GUIDE
Which Model Suits My Environment?

LA Series 45:1
Standard
Our Top Recommendation — Suitable for Most Working Environments
Ideal for daily greasing operations in general repair shops and workshops. Delivers 9g of grease per cycle, offering high output efficiency with a proven, reliable structure — the best value among the three models.
✔ Repair shops & workshops ✔ Short dispensing distance ✔ High output efficiency

SK Series 55:1
Low Noise
Noise-Sensitive Environment — Acceptable Trade-off in Output Efficiency
The smaller pump head operates significantly quieter than the LA Series, making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments. However, please note: output is only 2g per cycle — approximately 1/4 of the LA Series — meaning longer time is required to complete the same amount of greasing.
✔ Noise-sensitive environments ✔ Lower grease volume needs ✔ Long-distance dispensing

BW Series 80:1
High Pressure
Significant Height Difference or Very Long Distance Between Drum and Dispensing Point
With the highest pressure ratio of 80:1, the BW Series is built for environments that require overcoming distance or elevation. Suitable for the following two scenarios:
Vertical Elevation Difference
Grease drum located in the basement (B1), while dispensing is performed on the ground floor (1F) — sufficient pressure is needed to push grease upward.
Long Horizontal Distance
The drum and dispensing point are far apart on the same level — standard models lack the pressure for smooth delivery, requiring a high-pressure unit.
✔ Vertical elevation difference ✔ Long horizontal distance ✔ Large-scale facilities

COMMON FEATURES
Shared Features Across All Three Models
High Reliability
The pump mechanism and grease intake are independent systems — compressed air never contacts the grease, ensuring clean and stable operation.
Easy Maintenance
Simple structure with highly interchangeable parts — routine maintenance and repairs are straightforward and cost-effective.
Premium Build Quality
Constructed from high-strength forged aluminum alloy — built to last in demanding industrial environments over the long term.
