The reason is that when the grease gun is not connected to the grease fittings on the vehicle or equipment, the grease pump is In the no-load state, due to the influence of various factors such as grease viscosity, grease pipe length, weather temperature, processing error value, etc., when grease is output from nozzle of the grease gun, it may produce a spray or vertical flow.
The correct and simple way to judge is that the grease fittings on the vehicle or equipment are not blocked first, then connect the grease gun and inject grease.
If the grease cannot be injected smoothly, the output pressure of the grease pump may be insufficient at this time.
The output pressure of grease can be increased by increasing the input air pressure.
