1. The supply pump is designed with multiple heating zones to provide excellent temperature control and application flexibility.
2. It is used for materials that require heating to become fluid and can be used to adjust the temperature of different parts.
3. Designed for heated material applications that require temperature control above 70°C (158°F) for conveying materials.
4. Heating and temperature control can be performed on the pressure plate, pump pumping structure, and output oil pipe.
5. The dual pneumatic cylinder structure design makes the machine operation more stable, the actuating force is more even, and the fluid output is smoother.
6. The special pressure plate design enables the pressure plate and the container to be more closely integrated, can easily handle tapered containers and high-viscosity fluids, and can significantly reduce the residual material inside and at the bottom of the container.
7. A pneumatic cylinder can be used for auxiliary pressurization, which can be used for high-viscosity grease or grease that is difficult to extract with a general pump.
